What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and manage all aspects of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects
- Prepare, analyze, and manage program budgets with funding from multiple sources
- Lead program and project teams while coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop reports and presentations supporting programs
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of program management experience required
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Proven track record of successful program implementation
- Familiarity with grant management and compliance
