      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming telephone calls and provide call completion or alternate solutions for the caller
      - Deal with all customer calls in a courteous and business-like fashion
      - Provide excellent quality customer service to resolve matters to caller satisfaction
      - Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and performance goals
      - Maintain good working relationships with supervisors and coworkers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - No experience necessary
      - Proficient in leveraging technology tools and platforms for troubleshooting
      - Must be fluent in Spanish and English
      - Excellent customer service experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in customer service
