      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone and other contact channels
      - Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
      - Direct callers through step-by-step actions to resolve their concerns
      - Determine if escalation to higher-level IT support is necessary
      - Conduct basic troubleshooting and research to find solutions for customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 18 years old
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Proficient in written and verbal English
      - U.S. Citizen; Michigan Resident
      - Solid knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
      - CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst, or equivalent certification
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to work remotely with necessary equipment and internet connectivity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6+ months of work experience in an IT help desk or IT support function
