What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service by responding to technical assistance requests via phone and other channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Direct callers through step-by-step actions to resolve issues
- Determine if escalation to higher-level IT support is necessary
- Maintain system information, changes, and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- U.S. Citizen and Michigan Resident
- Computer systems, hardware, and software knowledge
- CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst or equivalent certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ months of work experience in an IT help desk or IT support function
