What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephone professionally and courteously during on-call hours
- Schedule caregiver teams for service hours and fill open shifts due to emergencies
- Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers
- Provide regular updates to supervisors and prepare weekend activity reports
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources while ensuring confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in private duty home care
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and home care agency software
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to work independently and remain flexible under time constraints
