      ABOUT THE POSITION
      The Home Care Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding of all Fedelta Home Care field employees to support the staffing for the assigned Home Care Supervisor territory(s). This position is also responsible for compiling and maintaining all field employee personnel records including any necessary renewables. The Care Coordinator will work as an extension of both the Human Resources and Operations department in ensuring all Fedelta Home Care field employees are provided a smooth entrance and tenure with the company.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Work across departments to ensure incoming hires have what they need on their first day (equipment, systems access, etc.)
      • Order necessary supplies for employee identification badges.
      • Assist IT department with onboarding/offboarding employees. Work with IT team to provide basic user support for copiers, printers, headsets, phones, and software. Help employees by providing basic IT user support in partnership with IT department.
      • Coordinate onboarding tasks for incoming hires, work with hiring managers to gather pre-boarding information, notify internal teams of incoming hires, schedule required new-hire trainings, track activities, and coordinate completion with new hires and hiring teams
      • Launch and track completion of required training and orientations for all new hires.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, associated compliance documentation and data entry to ensure accuracy of associated reports.
      • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Assist Human Resources with record audits and mandatory reports related I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews as directed.
      • Track, update and ensure employee records are compliant with all documentation and training. This includes but is not limited to: mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, work assessments, professional licensure, and certifications in a healthcare environment. Escalate all unresolved issues of non-compliance that are identified to senior level management.
      • Answer new hires’ questions, and verify all pre-hire information and paperwork is completed accurately and saved in the personnel files
      • Partner with the HR Team and other stakeholders to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information to facilitate a world-class candidate experience
      • Host new hire orientations
      • Assist with various recruiting activities and events
      • Manage the launch of various employee surveys to gain valuable insights
      • Answer employee questions pertaining to HR processes and policies
      • Assist the HR Team with various duties and tasks, providing timely, accurate, and effective administrative support
      • Assist the HR team with employee recognition programs by ensuring that caregivers and nurses are regularly recognized with thank you, birthday, and work anniversary cards. Ensure that necessary supplies are stocked, and cards are delivered as directed.
      • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee information and proprietary company information. Adhere to HIPAA privacy practices and confidentiality as required by regulation.

      COMPENSATION

      $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience
