Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.74/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.
Overview**Eligible for $3,000 Sign on Bonus with two year work commitment - external candidates**
POSITION SUMMARY: The Home Care Aide is under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist and in accordance with a plan of treatment to provide personal care and emotional comfort to patients in a variety of settings. The Home Care aide travels to patient homes and provides in-home care to assigned patients daily. The care provided must be age appropriate and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patients are to be met.
**This position will not start until 2025
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School/GED
Licenses/Certifications: CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant
Other Licenses/Certifications: Valid Drivers License in current status
Provides own transportation and auto insurance
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Other skills/knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Phlebotomy Experience
