      Anticipated Hours Per Week

      9 to 12

      Schedule:

      Openings available in early August!

      I ask that you work 2 shifts per week minimum in addition to approximately one weekend (Saturday and Sunday day shifts) per month; more shifts are available if desired.

      Shifts available:

      • 5 morning shifts (M-F). Mornings shifts start at 7 am and end between 11 and 11:30 am.
      • 6 evening shifts (M-Sat.). Evening shifts begin about 6pm (start time is flexible) and last approximately 4 hours on average; exact shift length varies depending on my needs.
      • An additional (extremely flexible) 3 hour split shift per week dedicated to assisting with organizing, mail, paperwork, medical scheduling and communication, etc. These can be added to a weekday shift if desired.
      • 1 weekend a month required (per employee): Saturday and Sunday day shifts. Saturday and Sunday day shifts usually begin at 8 am and approximately 6-6.5 hours on average; exact shift length varies depending on my needs.
      • Occasional Sunday evening shifts (extremely flexible). These shifts usually start and end earlier in addition to being shorter; exact shift length varies depending on my needs

      I particularly need help Monday-Friday mornings and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.

      I'm happy to work with students' schedules (and have been doing so for many years).

      Salary/Wage Range:

      Hourly $16.32 to $16.32

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Great opportunity for pre-health (pre-med/PT/OT/PA/rehab psych, etc) students or anyone interested in supplementing their income and helping me maintain my independence!

      I’m a woman in my forties with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and I'm looking for women to join my team of amazing aides. I need assistance with: stretching, physical and occupational therapy exercises, bandage changing, wheelchair transfers, activities of daily living, and some household chores. (I'm independent using the bathroom other than transfers).

      I’m located 15 minutes off campus on Madison's north side near the airport.

      This is a great way to get patient care experience/hours for those interested in a future healthcare career. I’m happy to write a letter of recommendation for graduate programs for those who have earned it.

      Qualifications:

      • 18+ years of age
      • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
      • Good problem solving skills
      • Patient and Flexible
      • Vaccinated for COVID-19
      • Sense of humor :)

      No experience or license (i.e. CNA) necessary; paid training is provided.

      Physical Demands

      Pivot transfers, should be able to lift 35 lbs.
