  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage facility relationships and understand facility discharge processes
  - Create complex documents and perform spreadsheet analysis
  - Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external correspondence
  - Organize files and manage electronic schedules effectively
  - Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1 – 3 years of experience in facility relationships and understanding of discharge processes
  - Strong project, process, and time management skills
  - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Proficiency in creating advanced graphics and spreadsheet analysis models
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Clinical background is preferred
  - Experience in handling complex or non-routine situations
  - Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  - Ability to foster a collaborative working environment
