  Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a nurse to make a HUGE impact in a child's life. We are looking for a nurse that is ready to take a step back from the chaotic hospital environment and work one-on-one with a child in their home. Home Health nurses are heroes in Centria's mind. They afford these children and their families a piece of normalcy in their lives. Without home health nurses, these children would live at the hospital never knowing what it feels like to be home. Our nurses also work with our families to create personalized schedules in a way that works for all involved.
  Responsibilities Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care TBI + SCI rehabilitation Adult/ Pediatrics Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training Provided) Gastrostomy tube care (Training Provided) Dispensing medications Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
