- Current, valid FL Speech Therapist license
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule
- Great organization skills and ability to write detailed reports
- One year of proven experience working with seniors preferred
- One year as a licensed therapist preferred
- Candidate will be responsible for in-home therapy visits, as well as, outpatient clinic visits.
- With each appointment, evaluate the level of function and help develop/update the care plan
- Complete initial comprehensive assessments as needed and report back to the Clinical Director
- Maintain a positive and joyful attitude at all times, respecting the needs of each individual patient while providing personalized treatment
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and proudly represent our company at all times
- Partner with family members and other members of the healthcare team to promote the patient's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals
- Write and submit proper progress reports to the Clinical Director. We have a web-based software for your notes called Optimis PT.
