What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle communication with customers and complete applications
- Proactively sell loans to customers and ensure accuracy in applications
- Manage and escalate risk and customer issues to management
- Facilitate credit application process including identity verification and negotiation of loan terms
- Communicate with customers on loan acquisition calls and provide consultative sales-based conversations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related field
- High School Diploma or GED
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements
- Successful completion of annual renewal and required updates for NMLS registration
