What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, procedures, and account information
- Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
- Enter service requests into appropriate systems for resolution by service partners
- Educate clients and advisors on new services and policies to facilitate self-service
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple usability issues and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or service
- Ability to interpret and respond to customer questions and requests
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
