      Are you aNHS 111 Pathways Trained Clinician? Then this is a great opportunity tojoin us working 100% remotely and also receive a Golden Hello bonus or a personal CPD.

      After you successfully pass the 6 months probation you can choose to receive aGolden Hello bonus of £2500 or a personal CPDof the same value to be used after 12 months of employment. The Golden Hello bonus and personal CPD are only available to new starters who are already Pathways trained when they join us and the value is pro rata for Part-time.

      We have exciting news:we are introducing a new red zone weekend rate(from Fridays 18:00 to Mondays 7:00am) of£28 per hour, and it will go live as of 1stof February 2024. We offer competitive rates, equivalent to band 7 and band 8a. Typically, a Clinical Advisor could earn anywherebetween £47,400 to £54,140 working full time equivalent of 38.5 hours per week.

      Main duties of the job

      We are looking for:

      • UK Registered Nurse (NMC) or Paramedic (HCPC) with appropriate post-registration acute Primary Care experience.
      • Excellentlistening and communicationskills, with good IT and keyboard skills.
      • A realpassionfor providing outstanding patient care, with a commitment to making the most of continuous learning withina well-structured, well-supported team.

      You`ll receive:

      • Pay:£22.39 per hour(7am-11pm) and£25.46 per hour(11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements of£28.00 per hourwhen workingbetween Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am
      • Any training hours will be paid at£22.39 per hour
      • 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
