- Serve as a liaison between customers and the dealership’s rental department
- Respond promptly to calls and inquiries, understanding customer needs and securing reservation commitments
- Provide support to your team to maintain a high-performance environment
- Perform day-to-day rental operations and administrative duties
- At least 1 year of experience in auto rental, customer service, or sales
- Post-high school education or relevant training preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends!
