  Are you a customer service pro with a passion for creating smooth, stress-free experiences? We’re looking for a Rental Agents deliver outstanding service from first call to final handshake.

  In this key role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for rental inquiries — helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You’ll also play a strategic role in driving customer satisfaction and hitting sales targets.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the dealership’s rental department
  • Respond promptly to calls and inquiries, understanding customer needs and securing reservation commitments
  • Provide support to your team to maintain a high-performance environment
  • Perform day-to-day rental operations and administrative duties

  What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in auto rental, customer service, or sales
  • Post-high school education or relevant training preferred
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  Compensation:

  $14-$16.00 Hourly
