      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately process hospital and office medical records and patient documentation
      - Review and analyze patient records for accurate dating and sequencing of documents
      - Communicate with hospitals, providers, and office staff to obtain necessary information
      - Maintain interdepartmental communication within the EMR system and ensure HIPAA compliance
      - Meet quality and productivity standards set by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 1-2 years of medical office experience
      - Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
      - Proficiency in multiple Microsoft Office applications
      - Knowledge of EMR software functionality and operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specialty clinical experience in Gastroenterology
      - Ability to provide a high level of quality patient care and customer service
      - Experience in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
