      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform research on various computer systems and document customer information regarding current status, payment expectations, notes of conversations, and other relevant information
      - Contact customers via mail, email, and phones to discuss, negotiate payment, and resolve outstanding medical bill accounts and balances
      - Obtain agreement on potential balance payoff and/or payment terms within stated level of authority and guideline limits
      - Prepare and submit reports to internal management on the status of outstanding medical bills and proposed/planned payment settlement details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma / GED
      - 2+ years of follow-up experience, directly for a hospital OR through a 3rd party billing firm for a hospital
      - Recent experience in billing with UB04
      - Recent Medicare Billing knowledge and Hands-On experience
      - Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
