About Us: Cheswold Park Hospital located in the heart of Doncaster specialises in forensic mental health services with 113 registered beds and employs over 400 staff. We provide services covering Mental Health, Personality Disorder, Womens and Autism. We have had a very poor CQC report in Dec 23 and are working our way through that. Due to illness, we are seeking to appoint a new HD in Autumn 2024 to lead on the hospitals back to good program and lead in getting the hospital back onto a growth path once again. We require an experienced, full time, dedicated Forensic Mental Health Hospital Director who will also assume the role of Registered Manager.
Position Overview: As the Hospital Director, you will assume a critical role in the leadership and management of our facility and leadership of the SLT. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring the highest quality of care, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for both staff and patients.
