Our Host/Hostess is the first person our customers see once they arrive, providing the guests’ first and last impression. As the Host/Hostess you will set the tone of the guest experience from the moment the doors open. You will promptly handle greeting customers, managing reservations, seating customers in a timely and organized fashion and answering restaurant phone calls. Other responsibilities include providing positive, professional guest contact. Answer guest’s questions and solve guest’s problems and complaints promptly. Make guests feel welcome. Perform station opening and closing duties to maximize production. Complete side work, clean and assist other team members as needed.
