- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a Hotel General Manager role, with a preference for backgrounds in Select Service – Extended Stay hotels.

- Operational Excellence: A deep understanding of hotel management practices, laws, and guidelines.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS).
