      Position Title: General Manager


      Role Overview: The General Manager holds the pivotal responsibility of navigating administrative and operational realms to bolster financial performance, ensuring judicious analysis and application of financial reports, business plans, and budgets to optimize profitability. A core aspect of this role involves leading the strategic development and refinement of business plans and annual budgets, coupled with a rigorous focus on revenue management to augment sales and profits. Critical to this position is the adept recruitment, training, and leadership of staff, underlined by a commitment to excel in guest satisfaction. The General Manager will guide department managers and teams towards efficient departmental operations, instill improvement strategies, and oversee their execution. Facilitating seamless communication across various stakeholders and engaging in community initiatives are essential duties, aimed at reinforcing the positive image of our Company and brand within the hospitality landscape. Daily inspections of property conditions, adherence to quality standards, and cost control are indispensable functions of this role, which may also necessitate travel for corporate and brand engagements.

      Qualifications Sought:

      • Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume general management role within the hospitality industry
      • Profound understanding of hotel operations, encompassing business planning, safety protocols, personnel management, budgeting, forecasting, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
      • Demonstrated success in achieving financial objectives
      • Exemplary integrity, honesty, and a guest-centric approach
      • Capability to conduct physical inspections and effectively manage all operational aspects of the hotel
      • Previous experience with Hilton highly preferred
      • Stability and long-term commitment in professional endeavors
