      Detailed Job Summary

      · Skillfully operate weed eaters, grass edgers, and blowers to meticulously maintain detailed areas of turf, ensuring they are free from weeds, overgrowth, and debris. Keep walkways clean, clear, and safe for visitors.

      · Safely operate hand or power mowers with precision, mowing turf areas at the designated height while exercising caution to protect the turf, shrubs, and brickwork from damage.

      · Expertly connect hoses and sprinkler systems as directed, effectively irrigating turf, shrub beds, and flower beds to promote healthy growth and vibrant appearance.

      · Diligently apply chemicals, including fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides, in prescribed amounts and according to safety protocols, fostering optimal plant health and controlling pests or diseases.

      · Prepare designated landscape areas for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, meticulously executing soil preparation, planting, and mulching to ensure optimal growth and aesthetics.

      · Employ skilled trimming techniques using handheld or power equipment, maintaining the health, shape, and attractiveness of trees and shrubs.

      · Consistently adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, prioritizing personal safety and promoting a secure working environment for yourself and others.

      · Perform daily zone duties with meticulous attention to detail, including the collection and efficient removal of all trash and debris from designated areas.

      · Utilize handheld or power equipment to maintain beaches, ensuring they are clean, well-groomed, and inviting.

      · Thoroughly remove weeds from various areas to uphold a neat and pristine appearance.
