      Overview:

      We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our team at Fairfield San Marcos. As part of our dynamic property maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the property is well-maintained and meets the highest standards of safety and functionality. This position involves performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, working alongside housekeeping and maintenance teams to provide exceptional service to our residents.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Perform routine caulking and sealing tasks in various areas of the property to prevent water intrusion and maintain structural integrity.
      2. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address day-to-day property needs and repair requests.
      3. Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
      4. Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
      5. Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system checks, as needed.
      6. Assist in the upkeep of all property areas, including common spaces and units, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and functional.
      7. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
      8. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for maintenance activities.
