Job Description

- Welcome Guests and provide them with parking and check in information at Resort hotel areas
- Make an excellent first impression for arriving Guests and create a lasting final impression for departing Guests
- Independently resolve Guest concerns and be empowered to recover negative situations
- Collect payment for parking charges
- Provide directions and answer questions for Guests who approach the parking areas
- Monitor the flow of traffic for hotel parking lots
- Handle a large amount of cash with integrity and attention to detail
- Use a point of sale system and Hotel lodging management system to post charges for parking
- Perform all actions safely in accordance with prescribed methods and equipment, including Safety in Motion techniques
- Consistently follow all Company standards and policies
- Work outdoors, in all types of weather, in a small parking booth for the entirety of your shift
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- 1+ years of work experience in a high volume customer service environment
- 1+ years of cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
- Ability to address and recover negative Guest situations with no assistance
- Able to work outdoors for 8+ hours, including in direct sunlight, extreme heat, rain, wind or other inclement weather
- Prior work experience using a computer and ability to troubleshoot technology issues
- 2+ years of work experience in bell services, front desk, or concierge role in a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Bilingual/multilingual
- Prior experience working in a paid parking lot or structure
- Prior work experience using Opera property management system

The pay rate for this role in California is $20.00 per hour.

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 4:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
