What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform case intake work from the automated in-bound hotline
- Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and analyze reported information
- Write and input reports into the database system for investigation
- Answer questions and requests from general information call line and internet reports
- Assist vulnerable and incapacitated adults at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of professional customer service environment experience
- Ability to communicate competently in English and Spanish
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Experience working in an automated call center is preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience communicating information in writing is highly desirable
