      Job Type: Full-Time
      Pay: $17.68+ Experience Based
      Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Rotating Weekends)

      Position Summary:
      As a Housekeeper at Kendal at Lexington, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our community. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help provide a welcoming and sanitary environment for our residents, staff, and guests.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Deliver friendly, efficient, and positive customer service to residents and co-workers, adapting to resident needs with care and professionalism.

      • Maintain assigned areas, corridors, and community spaces in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

      • Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and solutions based on training and orientation guidelines.

      • Operate housekeeping equipment safely and effectively.

      • Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

      • Properly handle trash and bio-hazardous materials using universal precautions.

      • Maintain a well-stocked housekeeping cart, ensuring all chemicals are labeled correctly and equipment is in good working condition.

      • Foster positive interpersonal relationships and uphold professional conduct at all times.

      • Contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the department.

      • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence.
