- Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
- Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
- Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
- Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
