  Job Title: Housekeeping Staff
  Location: Starke, FL
  Shift: Afternoon/Evenings (3pm-11pm) This position must work while the site is not operating. Set hours can be different, so if need to start later, i.e. 6:00pm -2:30am this may be an option. .
  Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  
  Job Summary:
  We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeeping staff to join our team in a light industrial setting. The primary responsibility of this role includes general cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. Candidates should possess knowledge of various cleaning techniques and demonstrate attention to detail and effective time management.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
  • Handle and dispose of waste using appropriate methods.
  • Follow a cleaning schedule and complete tasks within allocated time frames.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Good time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30 lbs).
  Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • The position involves a significant amount of physical activity including walking, standing, and carrying cleaning supplies.
  • Must be able to work in various conditions, including both indoor and outdoor settings.
