      Req#: 17572
      • Supervisors and guides staff in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment conducive to good patient care.
      • 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a hospital preferred.
      • With the Director/Associate Director, devises work schedules and coordinates all activities and projects of the department, assuring that departmental production schedules are met.
      • With the Director/Associate Director, develops, organizes and implements required training programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the work force and to develop and encourage new ideas and techniques.
      • Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
      • Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision, and ensuring adherence to services and productivity standards.

      High school diploma required. Healthcare experience in Environmental Services with 2 years management experience is preferred.

      Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
