Summary:
This role works with Maintenance and Housekeeping on specified tasks to in maintenance and cleaning. Duties entail sweeping, vacuuming, laundry mopping etc. as well as light repairs such replacing lightbulbs, pressure washing, drain unclogging.
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows and mirrors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Light Maintenance: Making minor repairs, replacing light fixtures, unclogging drains, and ensuring heating/cooling systems are operational.
• Supply Management: Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and organizing storage areas.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash cans and transporting waste to disposal areas.
• Safety and Reporting: Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Other Duties: May include laundry, laundry service, and other tasks as needed.

• Physical Stamina: Standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing minor maintenance issues.
