  คำอธิบายงาน

  • To deliver all items requested by the Housekeeping officer or Leader.
  • Collect guest laundry upon request.
  • Special job cleaning as requested by Leader.
  • Respond to all guest requests.
  • Delivery Roll away and Baby crib upon request.
  • Report maintenance issues to housekeeping officer.
  • Report any strange occurrences to Housekeeping officer or Leader.
  • Maintain knowledge of the resort and local area.
  • Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other contactors.
  • Align working practices and conduct with “Hotel name” and vision, consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by Leader.
  • Personally ensure compliance with all relevant workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation.

  คุณสมบัติ

  • Vocational certificate in Accommodation or diploma in Hospitality and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills (can be trained directly by the Housekeeper as required)
  • At least 1 year's experience in the position
  • Languages: fluent in the national language and good spoken English.
