Job Description
- Req#: 00506181
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
- Two years' experience as RN Staff Nurse with demonstrated leadership required, preferably work experience concurrently in appropriate specialty area.
- Ability to meet all behaviors of the RN Staff Nurse Job description.
- Ongoing continuing education required with national certification preferred

Position Purpose:
Provides consistent leadership of nursing personnel and supports patient focused collaborative care in a shared governance environment.
What you will do:
Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and integrating the optimal provision of service on each unit. In conjunction with this, other responsibilities include providing clinical expertise coaching/mentoring of staff and customer service. Assumes responsibility for the nursing units when Clinical Managers are not present.
