- Administer the vacation of units occupied by illegal occupants and advise all relevant parties of problems.
- Timely and accurate typing that meet requirements
- Ensure the save filing of documents that is up-to-date and effective in that it ensures information is accessible in the incumbent’s absence
- Telephone answering responsibilities.
- Prepare reports to prescribed requirements.
- Follow-up on outstanding correspondence, information and reports.
- Prepare presentations that meet requirements.
- Make vehicle, transport and parking arrangement as and when required.
- Ensure a high level of housekeeping.
- Effective, accurate and timely output of administrative tasks.
- Stationary and stock levels within department.
- Evacuation and first aid plan.
- Effective use of systems.
- Supportive to team requirements.
- Assist/relief in reception
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to management and AGP as well as the relevant operations.
- Grade 12
- Advanced certificate in Microsoft Office programs advantageous
- 2 Years Administrative Experience
- Property management experience will be advantageous
- SAP training experience will be advantageous
- Computer Literacy
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
