      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the management and oversight of various rental assistance programs
      - Collaborate with stakeholder groups to support policy changes
      - Prepare and submit grant renewals according to federal guidelines
      - Allocate finances to meet client needs based on monthly and quarterly reports
      - Review and approve monthly billing and monitor contract compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Eight years of combined education and/or professional experience in social services
      - One year of related housing or grant program management experience
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
      - Experience working with rental assistance and housing programs
      - Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a supervisor or team lead in a social services setting
      - Knowledge of HUD and CoC grant processes
      - Familiarity with Maine State Housing Authority programs
      - Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
