Description
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team! This role is primarily focused on payroll processing but also plays a key part in general HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll (Primary Focus):
· Accurately process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring all hours, deductions, and benefits are correct
· Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
· Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
· Work closely with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
HR Administration:
· Maintain and organize employee files and documentation (physical and digital)
· Update employee records in HR systems and spreadsheets as needed
· Assist in planning and coordinating employee events
· Create flyers, announcements, and simple internal communications for HR initiatives
· Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
Qualifications:
· 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (Preferred, not required)
· Required payroll experience in ADP, ADP Lyric experience a plus
· Strong understanding of payroll processes and basic employment laws
· Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
