      Job Title: HR Administration Manager

      Department: Human Resources

      Position Reports to: HR Director

      Location: NY, NY

      FLSA: Exempt

      Salary: $100K-$110K

      Overview:

      We are seeking a dynamic HR Admin Manager to lead our Admin team, and to ensure our company adheres to legalstandards and Calzedonia's policies. The goal of the HR Admin Manager will be to preserve the company's integrity byensuring it stays on a lawful and ethical course while overseeing the functions of HR Admin.

      Responsibilities

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide direction to 2 HR Admins responsible for day-to-day payroll/benefits/leave management/HRIS maintenance• Train HR Admin team members who are involved in payroll, tax regulations and best practices

      • Review internal policies and procedures and lead program updates as mandated by law• Support HR Director in leading compliance initiatives and internal and external reporting. Key point of contact during audits• Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws• Oversee payroll and reports (monthly, quarterly, and Year-End) for federal, state, and internal audits as required• Manage Benefits including Open Enrollment• Manage 401K plan and compliance• COBRA Administration• Leave Management administration• Collaborate with the Finance Department and Upper Management preparing various payroll reports and forecasts• Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and any changes in employment insurance and tax regulations• Perform all ad-hoc duties as assigned by Human Resources Director and other Calzedonia USA representatives.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications:

      •College graduate or equivalent, Masters preferred

      •3-5+ years of HR Administration experience

      •Proven experience as compliance and payroll manager, certified compliance & payroll professional is a plus

      •In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

      •Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

      •HRIS experience required (preferably Paycom)

      •Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

      •Able to identify gaps and drive operational improvements
