Job Description
- Req#: 345123
- Support the build of the HR function, implementing processes and systems to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the contract ethos and strategy
- Maintain the HR system and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlement
- Get involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement and organisational change
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required
- Previous experience working in a HR environment preferred dealing with ER and recruitment activities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong in systems - HRIS, Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel
- Experience of undertaking a broad range of tasks, including working with, and advising employees and line managers on employee relations issues

We are on the lookout for an HR Administrator to join us on a 6 month FTC at our new Sainsbury’s site in Dartford. You’ll be supporting the delivery of a first-class people service in all areas of the employee life cycle, including HR, Payroll and Engagement.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, but we do have some flexibility on start and end times, if you are able to give us some flexibility in return at peak times, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,394.84 per annum. All your current terms and conditions would remain the same.
