As an HR Administrator, you will deliver a range of centralised services to support the employment of academic and professional staff across all our campuses in New Zealand.
You will contribute towards a positive employee experience and your customer service will be critical to success in this role.
Working in a technology based and confidential environment, you will work collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver seamless services and support.
You will enjoy being part of a team and bringing a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

Successful candidates will have:
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to customers.
• A strong belief in being a positive team member and working collegially.
• A natural ability to work flexibly within a deadline driven team.
• Proven experience in an administration environment where high levels of accuracy and confidentiality are expected is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programmes is an advantage.
• Experience in HR and using an HR system is an advantage, but full training is provided.Who we are/Mō te tīma
Our HR Administration team are part of HR Services, that also includes the Payroll team. We are highly skilled professionals delivering an outstanding staff experience, while having fun along the way.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position, located in Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $65,281 to $69,648, top of range $74,947.
