Assist HR Manager with all HR related programs and processes.
Complete all required documentation for various HR related information, such as new hire paperwork, change of status forms, compensation request and HRIS updates, as required.
Assist and support HR management in preparing for training sessions and meetings.
Provide local administration for various company-wide programs such as service awards, performance management and compensation processes.
Responsible for maintaining the personnel files, ensuring all files and documents are in compliance.
As directed by Country HR Manager, acts as communication conduit to country and functional areas relative to changes and updates on HR related programs, policies and benefit programs.
Provides assistance and support to Subregional HR Manager and Country HR manager on special projects and programs.
Coordinate Payroll related information submission to the Payroll provider (new hires, leavers, changes, monthly report).
Support and consult associates on the HR related questions, Time tracking questions, conduct the training sessions if required;
Prepare monthly employee details reports for the management and finance if required.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience in HR, Administration and/or Customer service - a strong advantage;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations;
Experience in payroll processing, data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail - strong advantage;
Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently;
Familiarity with Lithuania employment laws;
Ability to represent a positive and professional image;
Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software e.g. Microsoft application, Workday etc.
