  In deze rol ben je, samen met je het HR team, medeverantwoordelijke voor het uitvoeren van het HR-beleid en de optimalisatie van de interne HR-werkorganisatie en -processen voor ons Supply Center in Almelo en Eindhoven. Met jouw kritische blik, aanpakkers mentaliteit en resultaatgerichtheid ben jij het operationele HR aanspreekpunt voor ons (lijn) management. Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager Nederland.

  Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van het HR-beleid voor het Supply Center Almelo en Eindhoven. Hierbij moet je onder andere denken aan het ondersteunen van de managers bij werving en selectie procedures, het zijn van het aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en up to date houden van onze HR manual.

  • Je denkt pro-actief mee bij de inzet van HR-instrumenten en de uitvoering van HR-processen.

  • Je bent helpt mee bij het doorvoeren van veranderingen in samenwerking met het management.

  • Je werkt mee in diverse (HR) projecten.

  Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze functie?

  • Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding HRM, Personeelswetenschappen of vergelijkbaar.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring, bijvoorkeur in een high tech, global, organisatie.

  • Je bent in staat werkzaamheden op een zelfstandige wijze uit te voeren en denkt mee over verbeteren hiervan.

  • Je houdt je staande in een dynamische omgeving met veel veranderingen.

  • Je wilt jezelf graag verder ontwikkelen en de beste zijn op je vakgebied!

  Goed om te hebben?

  • Resultaatgerichtheid, je weet van aanpakken, kunt goed communiceren en hebt een “hands on” mentaliteit.

  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
