As HR Advisor, you support the People Business Partners and their Functions in driving the people processes for the stakeholders in their portfolios. For specific processes you will be the go-to person for these stakeholders in the Functions.

The opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate, driven and confident individual to join our People Business Partner team in Amsterdam. You will be hands-on and keen to deliver generalist HR support for our Head Office functions, working closely with the People Business Partners to deliver value-adding initiatives and support.

Your responsibilities:

• Execute the Head Office people practice for relevant Functions in line with Functional strategy and HO people policies.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects within the Head Office People Function
• Onboarding support for new team members in the PBP team, i.e. plan meet & greets, arrange roles and access rights

Your working environment:

As People Advisor you will report to the Senior People Business Partner of the People & Corporate Affairs Function and your position is based in Amsterdam. The position is part of the People department HEINEKEN Group which consists around 20 colleagues and works closely together with our two shared service departments People Operations and Talent Acquisition.

• WO/Master
• 2-4 years relevant work experience in People Functions of other global companies
• (basic) knowledge of Dutch labor law & experience with SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English
