      HR Advisor - Your future position?

      Our team provides support in a wide range of HR activities including employee lifecycle-related administration and documentation, system-related assistance with global cycles such as performance/talent management, guidance with employee self-service and reporting. As an HR Advisor you will be part of the HR Services team located in Budapest and you will report to the HR Services Manager. You will work closely with the HR teams across Europe & SAMEA and you may work together with other functions such as Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Global Mobility, Payroll, and Learning for efficient end-to-end solutions of requests.

      In this versatile role you will be responsible for:

      • Handle queries/requests received via the ticketing system (ServiceNow) and also in a small volume via telephone for your supported country and for certain processes globally

      • Manage administrative tasks in SAP Success Factors related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes in employment/compensation, offboarding) based on requests from HR and line managers

      • Prepare employment certificates and documentation related to the employee lifecycle using the Document Generation/PeopleDoc tool

      • Provide system related first level support to the business and HR across the organisation in relation to global annual cycles such as Talent and Performance Management and the Annual Salary Review

      • Advise the business/HR on running reports in Success Factors Reporting module, create reports (with small adjustments to pre-built reports) which are not available for self-service reporting for HR

      • Handle personal data changes initiated by employees via self – service in line with country specific guidelines

      • Maintain a strong relationship with local HR in the countries we support, assist them with HR Services processes, challenge requests that are not aligned with agreed procedures

      • Involvement in projects focusing on optimizing our processes, depending on affinity/interest

      Service delivery:

      • Seek rapid and efficient resolution of requests, attempting to resolve the majority of requests at the first level following standard operating procedures and other knowledge materials

      • Identify the appropriate second-line support team in case of requests that are not in the scope of the HR Services team and promptly route the case to them

      • Maintain customer contact until the request is resolved, demonstrating excellent customer service throughout

      Your professional profile includes:

      • University or College degree

      • 1+ years of experience in HR within an international environment

      • Fluency in English, French language knowledge is an advantage

      • Basic excel knowledge

      • Flexible, cooperative attitude

      • Customer and solution-oriented mindset
