      HR Advisor – Resources - Human Resources
      Salary: Grade 10- (£40,833 to £42,840)
      1 x permanent and 1 x Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) – 36 hours per week
      Hybrid working


      Are you an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional? We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Business Partner team. In this crucial role, you will support our transformation programme aimed at enhancing our Oracle Cloud platform. You will handle a variety of employee relations, people, culture, and transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with diverse teams and external bodies, support restructures, and participate in corporate projects.

      Essential Requirements for the role:

      Good understanding of HR and employee relations practices and processes.
      Knowledge of local government and/or public sector.
      Ability to process and manage complex information, providing advice and guidance to ensure correct processes are followed.
      Excellent IT skills, with the ability to use a range of systems.
      Ability to work in a busy environment, delivering fast-paced services.
      Experience of managing conflicting priorities effectively to achieve business objectives.
      Experience of providing a customer-focused service.
      Previous experience within recruitment and/or HR is desirable.
