- Managing and advising on formal ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness).
- Supporting change processes and job evaluations.
- Advising on complex terms and conditions (Agenda for Change and Medical T&Cs).
- Contributing to policy development and operational excellence.
- Driving sickness management strategies and Occupational Health liaison.
- To provide clear, consistent and practical HR advice and support to employees and managers in line with Trust policies and procedures and employment law. This covers all staff groups including the medical workforce.
- To provide support to managers across a range of ER matters, including formal investigations, sickness management and organisational change processes. Ensure all relevant activity linked to individual cases is fed into the ER case management system resulting in effective ER reporting.
- To support the HR Business Partner Team in implementing the Trust's corporate initiatives on local pay and conditions, job evaluation, skill mix and workforce planning and employee engagement, assisting the team to deliver key objectives.
- To contribute to the development and maintenance of effective human resource policies and procedures to reflect changing organisational needs and impending legislation as required.
- Experience in employee relations casework and HR advisory services.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for making complex information easy to understand.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Familiarity with HR systems (ESR, HealthRoster, etc.) is a plus.
