Job Description

- Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers
- Supplier (agency) management
- Direct sourcing, building and managing talent pools
- Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
- Taking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Cooperation with the HR Business Partner(s) and Marketing/Content Specialist(s)
- Report and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholders
- Provide recruitment trainings to hiring managers
- Finding and using new online and offline channels to target suitable candidates
- Taking part in local- and global projects
- Close cooperation with the Employee Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
- University degree in HR or other relevant area
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment field (preferably IT recruitment)
- Knowledge of recruitment channels and job portals on a regional level
- Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
- Willingness to learn and to improve
- Proactive, agile, customer oriented approach
- High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
- Experience as an HR Generalist/knowledge of other HR functions is a plus
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
The GBS HR Global Hub is supporting different locations around the globe. As an HR Advisor you will manage end to end recruitment processes in India, local- and global projects and will be responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
