      To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Advisor to our team in Warrington, UK.

      What a typical day looks like:

      • Providing guidance and support to Managers and employees on all matters associated with the employee lifecycle including but not limited to Recruitment, Disciplinary and Grievance, Absence Management and Employee Relations

      • Providing advice and, resolving people issues in an efficient and timely way. This includes offering HR surgeries, HR Workshops and providing value added reports to the Management team

      • Dealing with employee relations issues in accordance with legislative requirements including disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, occupational health and performance improvement

      • Arranging and coordinating external training and delivering and supporting internal training programmes including apprenticeships. Utilising Flex Learn and supporting employee development.

      • Responsible for HR metrics, including but not limited to sickness absence and exit data. Analysing data and making recommendations to the business.

      • Driving employee engagement at all levels and creating an environment to increase employee commitment and contribution, including ownership of project work associated with FlexVoice and Flex CLASS

      • Accountability for HR administration duties, and overseeing the GBS Administration department, ensuring that employees and managers receive a first-class HR service.

      • Support with Payroll, running occasionally

      • Working alongside the HR Business Partner on Corporate HR initiatives ensuring that these are smoothly implemented at site level

      The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

      • Ideally degree educated or equivalent with CIPD or other equivalent HR qualification

      • Must have previous experience in a similar HR role at Advisory/Officer level with direct responsibility for providing first line support to managers and employees

      • Be comfortable in delivering training across the business

      • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail

      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, confident in building collaborative relationships with HR, Management and Stakeholders at all levels

      • A self-managed, autonomous and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of queries and get things done

      • Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic with bags of initiative

      • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivery
