- Manage all ER cases end to end for site, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, welfare meetings, absence management meeting etc
- Coach and develop People Managers knowledge with capability and ER Processes
- Support HR related projects in the plant and develops wellness programs in collaboration with Occupational Health .
- Actively monitors and coordinates the absenteeism process for the plant, including leading Connect meetings with People Managers, conducting Deep Dives and carrying out absence trending to drive actions ;
- Support all stakeholders (employees and management) with the use of our systems – updating details, recruitment process etc
- Support all recruitment processes at Wrexham Plant, including; coordinating assessment timetables, sending invitations to assessments/interviews, prepping assessment packs for managers and coordination on the day etc;
- Contributes to and executes engagement activities including Reward and Recognition annual events at the Plant.
- Providing and owning daily, weekly, and monthly People Data for HRM and CoE’s
- Experience working in a HR Advisory/Generalist role;
- Demonstratable experience of End to End Employee Relation case management, low level to complex;
- Experience in a position that demands both operational, day to day HR management, including ongoing strategic intervention;
- Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset and demonstratable experience of CI;
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management
- Excellent people development skills including coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills;
- Thorough knowledge of new developments, legislation and Employee Relations, applicable to both the HR Generalist area and training and development policies.
