      What you will be doing

      • Participate in local talent planning, which includes implementing training and development plans for the entire function and supporting talent management, including support for the leadership assessment process.
      • Support the department in the implementation of Human Resources plans and programs.
      • Work independently to assertively resolve HR-related issues.
      • Collaborate in the development and improvement of HR systems and processes.
      • Appropriately escalate any HR-related situation or issue.
      • Promote a culture of compliance with standards and business practices within the organization.
      • Collaborate in implementing staff development strategies and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
      • Identify areas of opportunity within established processes for the development of new initiatives.
      • Strengthen the region's strategic plans to meet internal customer requirements.
      • Human Resources operations.
      • Identify leadership needs within the organization.
      • Collaborate with the onboarding process for new employees.
      • Follow up on employee training for their development.
      • Follow up on business events and functions.
      • Ensure compliance with the procedures and policies that govern the organization

      What you will Bring

      • Excellent attention to detail.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
      • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
      • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
      • Bachelor's degree required.
      • 1-3 years of human resource professional experience working with in a large global company
      • Prior experience running internal communication processes, and planning meetings, training and employee events a plus.
      • Workday experience preferred
      • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
