What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and analytical support for Human Resources functions
- Answer inquiries from managers and HR staff regarding the Workday HCM system
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records in the HRIS
- Conduct audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process unemployment claims and respond to related inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a related field required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources or HR support roles required
- 1-2 years of experience managing employee data required
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft)
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and laws (e.g., HIPAA, FMLA, ACA)
- Experience generating and interpreting HR reports to guide decision-making
- Clear and professional communication skills with employees at all levels
