What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end operational processes for the HR function, serving as a reliable subject matter expert across the business
- Provide Workday-related transactional support and troubleshooting
- Review and maintain employee records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Process a variety of HR transactions in HR systems, ensuring compliance and integrity
- Support organizational changes, including acquisitions and restructuring, with a focus on system-related transaction processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year working in an HR capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and proactively resolve complex issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Functional knowledge of Human Resource business processes including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee relations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
